I have the Nikon S550 and I have to say that I am very pleased with it so far. The fact that it is so compact and fits easily into my purse is a real plus. For such a small camera the picture quality is clear and crisp. The 2.5" LCD screen is nice and large, allowing me to see the pictures I have taken very clearly. I mainly use it to just take photos of family and friends on special occasions. I am the main photographer so having a camera I really like to use is a plus when I am taking pictures.
One thing I would like to see improved it the 5x optical zoom. I honestly wish the optical zoom was a bit more, but the zoom it does have is good for a camera of this size. Another thing I would like is for the camera to come with a case, instead of having to go out and find one that fits the camera. Overall I like the Nokia S550 and do not regret the money I spent on it.
