I bought my Digital Dream Epsilon 1.3 some years ago now as an entry level camera. Despite the odd knock and several long drops it still works, though the door to the battery compartment has fallen off and I've soldered a set of wires onto the terminals so I can use an external pack. Used for casual snaps mainly but have found it to be a fine web cam as well, plus it doubles up as a Smart Media card reader/ writer so saved a few quid/bucks there.
The only thing I would fault is its low light performance which is poor and ponder opening it up to see if there is an infra red filter that can be removed. It taught me a lot, in particular to ignore anybody that puts 'Digital Zoom' as a selling feature for any camera. Originally shipped with variety of image software utilities, the self extracting video player for emails I still use to this day.
